I should have written this post in 2003 when i went in Turkey and this song was big.. but anyway….
It’s one of the song of my summer 2003, so here its.. i really like this turkish flava to european pop ( or viceversa, depending from which side you watch it…). Tarkan is famous for the song Simarik ( Kiss kiss), but has not some nice song ( i ll post video below in this page) - i think turkish music is VERY underrated… just that 2003 there was something like 4-5 great POP song… i guess i ll have to come back to this issue in the future

Last Friday I went with Elsa to see the colombian singer Juanes at the local South America Festival,”Latino Americando”, at Forum di Assago in Milano.
While in Europe juanes is famous just for his song “La Camisa negra” in his homeland (and all Latin America) he is well know and respected.
I must say that he is not bad at all, his voice his good and well reckognisable. Girls love him and some colombian went craaaaaaazy when he appeared.
