…. ecco qui il mio secondo speech al Toastmaster !
Il titolo è “I was a teenage Cardpaper box” e parla della mia “agilità” + alcuni esercizi di stretching. I puristi potranno non essere d’accordo su tutto quello che dico, ma alcune generalizzazioni erano necessarie.
rivendendomi non ho fatto cagare come credevo anche se i miei discorsi a vuoto nel tepore di casa mia erano MOLTO meglio. mi do un 6 1/2 alla fine.

Questa volta ho registrato il video con la mia nuova fotocamera (mediocre ma economica: 79€ ben investiti da mediaworld)

Lo scopo del secondo speech è “organizzare il discorso” con un opener forte, un body strutturato in punti, e una conclusione. Il toast masters è un club dedito al miglioramento delle proprie arti oratorie, l ambiente è professionale ma rilassato. Un’esperienza da fare. www.toastmasters.it

Travian Trucchi

Ho notato che molti arrivano sul mio sito cercando la parola “trucchi travian” su google.
Beh qui non ne troverete….
Traverete Strategie, tutorial, suggerimenti.. ma trucchi no.
perchè? primo non ne ho mai fatto uso ( davvero!) secondo perchè illegale, terzo perche NON mi piace questa idea che per arrivare da qualche parte servono dei trucchi! addirittura in un gioco che serve per divertirsi.
Se Pensate a divertirvi il risultato non conta molto (viene da se che avrete ottimi risultati)… se vi sta sul cazzo il vicino che vi catapulta, chiedetevi perche lui ha le catapulte e voi no. magari ha dedicato più tempo di voi al gioco, magari voi siete sfortunati e lui no… magari piu semplicemente voi avete una RL e lui no.

Il barare a travian (e per barare intendo: multi account, grease monkey, bot, rubare password etc etc, non quei tool per velocizzare alcune azioni ripetivive tipo Selenium… le “spie” per quanto mi stiano sui coglioni sono ormai una cosa considerata normale nel gioco, quindi sono Ok)

è Un po come quelli che si fanno di doping per fare sport ( fare sport dovrebbe essere divertente e sano)

che prendono il viagra per scopare (mi dicono che sia divertente),

che si mangiano 7 pastiglie per divertirsi in disco (idem),

che barano per vincere una partita tra amici..

Festa di NON compleanno + Gita in Val Dossola.

Sottotitolo: Sleep deprivation rulez

Questo passato è stato un altro weekend bello pieno di eventi.
Sabato Mattina ( si mattina…) mi sono svegliato di buon ora (alle 8:15 la sveglia ha suonato) per andare al seminario di Master Jopet Laraya, invitato dal Sifu Bonomelli per due giorni di seminario.
Jopet Laraya, Hong Kongese di origini filippine è istruttore di Pronos Supinos (che fonde kung fu, Kali, escrima taichi..) è di sabato ha spiegato i significati nascosti delle forme ( i “Kata”) delle arti marziali, oltre a questo (di per se gia interessante) ci ha dato dei protocolli per modellare le nostre azioni marziali (sarebbe lungo da spiegare, magari chiedetemi spiegazioni nei commenti), come leggere il body language dell’avversario, un po di fa-jin e potenza dei colpi…). Ho rivisto sifu cittarelli ( dello scudo di frosinone), sifu attilio e i suoi allievi (un grosso in bocca al lupo per sara parente che va ai mondiali di stick fighting a Cebu- filippine, e questa volta non l ho vista livida :-) Go Go Go!! spakka tutto!!!!!)
tutto bello se non il fatto che ho ricevuto 21 telefonate (a cui non potevo rispondere perche stavo facendo il cretino in palestra) e 30 e passa SMS di richiesta informazioni sulla “Festa di NON-compleanno” che avevo “organizzato” per la sera stessa.
le virgolette non sono a caso, dato che tutti i festeggiati sono stati avvisati giovedi sera oppure venerdi via Facebook. la cosa era nata come aperitivo tra amici, ma è degenerata subito con 40+ invitati.

Finita la palestra, di filata a casa e doccia..
Arrivo al cactus juice verso le 20:00 per fare gli onori di casa.
al mio arrivo incrocio Simona + luca e il loro amico Giorgio. Simona studia Giapponese, ha vissuto nel paese del sol levante e parla l’idioma e mi aveva promesso di insegnarmi qualcosa ( io non mi ricordo piu un kazzo del mio corso di giappo all Ismeo 20 anni fa :-))) - Luca è il suo fidanzato ( from Bokkons).

All ingresso Matias, Kaarina e Stefano. Matias e il nuovo arrivo della coppia Italo-finnica. Lo stanno crescendo come un vero nordico, ( no mammoni nella terra di babbo natale!) quindi rispetto a loro!

borneo adventure - day 03,04- Bako and Mulu national park

Borneo adventure - day 03 - Bako and Mulu national park

Jet leg is still bothering me…. at 4 i was awake! and counting the time zone it s around 22:00 in Italy - exactly my peak hour (hey i am a nocturnal animal :-)Due to this at 20:00 (malaysian time ) i was already broken in two - (malay 20 are 14 in italy.. exactly the the time i d like to fall asleep on my keyboard :-)

Btw, this morning we come back from Bako, quick shopping and the left for Mulu- it s a 3 hrs trip, with TWO stop (in the middle of now where in the jungle) - luckly for me i ve this skill: i can sleep on ANY transportation vehicle so i slept my trip away

We visit a breath taking cave (if you have read jules verne’s trip to the center of the earth.. that was the way i visualised the panorama of the walk in the inner earth, see the picture and agree :-) )there was “stalagmites” and stalactites…the stalacTites with the T are the one looking like this V ( you can remember as the V can incorporate a T… while the stalagmites are like this –> ^^ , kinda easy to remember…

then we went into the deer cave, so called coz 2.5 Million bat are living there and so it s full of guano (the place stinks also :-) and so the deer go there to get nutrients…the place is HUGE but not that as good as the above mentioned cave.then you can walk only on the path, coz outside it, there is a lot of guano and BILLIONS of worm, bug, beetle and good knows what other insects thriving.. ahhaha kinda disgusting if yuo think about. never the less i was cooked at the end of the day when we come back ( 19:30). time to write the log and then good nite, travel buddies !!!

borneo adventure - day 04 - mulu national park

Wake up at 6:50 (!!!) but kinda energized. At 7 i was wide awake, so i did my daily new age drills for well being (including the Zaryadka). the breakfast was kinda small :-|| - the morning was dedicated to some trekking in the water cave which is INCREDIBLE..

on the way back there was one of those raining dog and cat and their brothers thing.. so there was no hope to see the “dance of the bats” coming out of the cave. (the cave, from with in look a bit like Abe lincoln side… funny gestalt)it was kinda early in the afternoon, it was warm and the rain drop were coming down so tight… so i did something i wanted to do since i were a child … i wore my swimsuit and walked around under the rain. GREAT experience, refreshing and rejuvenating!That is life, i really enjoy these small things !

So, last weekend was an other Great one!
I left on Friday heading for Florence where i had a meeting with my buddy Ivan and Andyy. Our plan was to enjoy the city, going to club and on sunday a skydive.

Ivan has the patent so he can jump off alone while Andy and I being rookies were forced to have a tandem :-)
