While waiting for the Full Contact Stick Fighting competition in Poviglio (RE) on 1-2 Marzo 2008, here it s a post totally dedicated to Body and Martial Arts!
A couple of week ago i did a Combat Sambo Seminar with Adriano Peccini…. Good shit i must say but my legs are still TOO stiff, and i didn’t enjoy all that leg lock that much :-|

Here and there you can find nice game whose concept is incredibly simple.
Dupligon is one of those..
This on is not a “brain smasher” like “the draft”, the infamous einstein quiz or the frog lear game but it s good coz it improve your spacial memory. all you gotta do is remember 4 lines and the angles among them! easy!

I wanted to title this “my travel to Florence” or something like that… but Museo degli Uffizi is really so cool, it deserved a title by its own.
I say it with a little shame but i ve never visited florence museum before.
the city is still ripped apart (literally and not) by this tram comitee - i think it was referendum time that same weekend!
This time i had a business trip on friday so i took the chance and spend a whole weekend there.. my place of choice ( for its ultra-low price) was Locanda Latina - while i cannot say it s a top class hostel ( there is no locker, the hall is not so well looking…) it has clean and spacy bathroom, the staff is nice, they leave you the keys so you can came back when you want.. and it s place in the middle of downton florence. nothing is more than 10 minutes from it. The duomo, uffizi, ponte vecchio, the train station, and pubs n club are neaby, too. Read More…

The travel on the way back was good… some music, a chat, this wicked desert view… and the expectation of the inka trail in two days. :-)
in Lima we went to eat in a nice “fun fair” place in santa clara.of coz i forgot the name of the place.
Everything was very good, but i am still in love with that fricto mixto from paracas….
in the night we should have met patrizia+ marco in Mama batata, an english pub in lima. Gian come with us, and rosario, too.
At the end Marco+Pat didnt show up so after a drink there ( shit, i m not used to smokey pub anymore!!) we moved to Aura, a club in the nearby… Read More…
