I guess that for 90% of people reading this , the above animation is unknown. In italy not only it s well known but is one that left a deeper scan in our collective mind.
The story is quite easy: Robots rebel the humankind, distroying most cities. The son of the inventor of the leader of the robot faction sacrifice himself to become an android. Series has been published by tatsunoko in 1973, as a part of the Tatsunoko Knights. i think the original title is not Kyashan, coz the main chara has a Huge C on the Chest. ( note: after some reaserach on the net i found original title”Shinzoningen Casshern”).
The serie is very epic. All the episodes are a continuos reasearch for the “bad guy”..
with climax at episode 26 and when Kyashan reach him..and he has not strenght enough to beat the robot army!!!!!
It was with great expectations that i got my hands on Kyashan - the myth (1993). a sorta remake of the original.
i saw the first episode ( out of 4?) and well, it s not satisfing me at all: grafic is MUCH better, but animation is very raw.

Get this two files to get an idea. it s basikally the same action. it feature a flying kick that is a must among our generation.
But u are bound to notice the difference

Other than the terrible animation story is quite good and give us a intro of the story ( still i dont understand why the general didnt fight with Kyashan on first istance, instead of waiting for last episode)

This week end I ve been as lazy as I ve never been this year.
I didnt get bored, coz i set my closet ( winter dress in, summer dress out), sucessufully installed my forum on my Music page (genkisound.com/forum ) made the general layout of both my pages. you know all that kinda stuff a nerd HAS to do! but i ve been with my ass on the same chair for two days. for lifting my coscience i ve downloaded some diet manual with food and its calories. i ve this 3 kilos to lose… and standing in front of a monitor is not helping me. tomorrow a new week of work will start. mmph… cheers. manolo

Ok. i must admit that I am not the biggest fan of the matrix serie ( 1 was Fresh but not that great, reloaded was a decent follow up).
Anyway, having seen M2 last week, and being the cloffhanger quite high, i decided to go with my bro + dad.
ok here its some of my comments ( if you havent seen the movie, skip them). have seen the movie 1 hour ago so. i still need to digest them
first 3 pics are: Neo meets the architech - Neo see the world and Robocity: if you have seen Animatrix it s familiar..
Anyway Random comments:
1) Monika belluccia acts like a shit.
2) All my supposition about the ending of part two were wrong :-) but they didnt explain that much.
3) I vent understood the end, nor my brother or my dad. ok we are like abraham,homer + bart simposon to say the truth. but still the oracle is NOT communicative. if you understood at first look whatta the old fart tell… my regards!
4)the final fighting is a bit sshitty.
If I were Neo i d eject laser-ray from eyes, missiles from my fingers, thoon from my mouth.. terraforming the whole fukking matrix.
5)neo dies :-))
6) but he is gonna reincarnate ( the light lotus at the end)
7) also that trinity gal dies
8)the Zion fighting is nice and impressive, but we could have lived withoutit.
9) Zion is the name of the rebel side in Gundam
Overally:M3 is not so bad, and in a way stands to matrix 2 like matrix 2 stands to original matrix.
