At the moment I m taking two martial arts classes (+1 venusian ;-) :
In 2006: Jeet Kun Do /Kali / Silat at Bonoacademy (www.bonoacademy.it )
In 2008 I ve also enrolled a Grappling ( no-gi) class with Flavio Cohelio (from Gracie Barra Caverinha). and I must say i like Brazilian Jiu-jitsu ! - If you wanna know more i m content managing a fast rising website www.grappling-italia.com
Taiji Chen with Tufino Eugenio (+ stages by mighty Anthony Wemsley) <- I quit Taichi for now :-)
I am also doing som PNF stretching, which is very rewarding!
i m still a paperbox but i see the light of flexibility at the end of the tunnel.
